Panorama is the first European SCADA to be certified "Designed for Microsoft BackOffice". This certification given by Microsoft is the official recognition of the quality of the 32 bit integration under Windows NT.

This logo guarantees that Panorama fully integrates with the BackOffice environment under NT Server network architectures using SMS (Systems Management Server) and Microsoft SQL Server. For example, SMS allows the remote management of Panorama versions and of its applications from an administrator PC. It integrates diagnostic and remote maintenance tools for clients machines.

Microsoft SQL Server is a powerful relational database, open and easy to use. SQL Server can be used for historic logging and to exchange data with Panorama through ODBC links. SQL Server can be automatically installed with Panorama which can connect directly to the tables. Data exchanges and data processing will be distributed and carried out in real time. Based on open standards, this tools allow the user to build and manage complete solutions for product tracability, Batch and recipe handling, preventitive maintenance, M.E.S. applications.
